NRS - New ApartmentIf you are just getting out in the world on your own, most likely you are nervous treading these unfamiliar waters. You are going to be faced with many challenges. A lease is a type of contract that is written by a landlord stating the details of the rules for renting and occupying a residence. The lease is signed and agreed upon by both the renter and the tenant. This means that the lease is a legally binding contract and if the tenant were to break the lease it would be a breach of contract. • Biryani Cart selling aromatic and authentic Indian cuisine. You can sample pungent chicken or vegetable biryani, spicy kati rolls or beautifully seasoned, crispy samosas of phyllo dough filled with potato. Each flavor outdoes the others.
  • Spencer On The Go is a french cuisine food truck that is located in San Francisco. If you have a hankering for cauliflower bisque followed by an escargot puff lollipop, you need to head over to 7th and Folsom and stand in line with the rest of the salivating crowd.
  • Seabirds Vegan Cuisine fills a niche in Orange County for the working stiffs who want their food with a side of “healthy!” No one can seem to resist their sweet potato fries or beer battered avocado tacos. If its fajitas you want, they’ve got marinated tempeh with grilled veggies. Wow!
  • If you have a favorite mobile munchie truck, please tell us the type of food and location on our Facebook page.
